To reserve a room
Please, contact us by email or phone. Inquiries and reservations by email will be replied to within 24 hours. To guarantee a room, a credit card (Visa or MC) with expiry date as well as your contact information is required upon reservation. We will then forward a confirmation letter by email or fax.

Room # 1  (sleeps up to 4 people) - double: CAD $82.00/night, tax incl. - ensuite bathroom  - beds: bunk bed, king size at the bottom & 2 singles on top

Room # 2  (sleeps up to 4 people) - double: CAD $82.00/night, tax incl. - ensuite bathroom  - beds: bunk bed, king size at the bottom & 2 singles on top, 1 couch

Room # 3 (sleeps up to 3 people) - single: CAD $60.00/night, tax incl. - double: CAD $75.00/night, tax incl. - private bathroom - beds: bunk bed, king size at the bottom & single on top

Room # 4 (sleeps up to 4 people) - single: CAD $60.00/night, tax incl. - double: CAD $75.00/night, tax incl. - private bathroom - beds: two sets of bunk beds

Room # 5 (handicap accessible, sleeps up to 3 people) - single: CAD $70.00/night, tax incl. - double: CAD $82.00/night, tax incl. - ensuite bathroom, sat TV, kitchen unit - beds: bunk bed, double at the bottom & single on top

 

Please add CAD $10.00 per person if you'd like to have breakfast (continental style)

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy: 2 days prior to your reservation date. Guests will be charged for one night if they fail to cancel 48 hours prior to their arrival.
For Christmas & Spring Holidays, as well as Group Bookings: Cancellation Policy is 2 weeks prior to the reservation date. Guests will be charged 50 % of their total reservation amount if they fail to cancel 2 weeks prior to their arrival.
Later cancellations: Every effort will be made to rebook your unit(s). However, if we can't resell your unit(s) we have to charge the amounts as stated above. Guests checking out before the last day of their reservation will be charged and can only be credited or refunded subject to Smithers Guesthouse rebooking the room(s).
